Join Iyanla for a special, live, Sounds True One teaching session and guided group meditation on Juneteenth (June 19), a day that marks the end of slavery in the United States. According to Iyanla, “The past is prologue,” and now is the time for us to meet the challenges we face, both personally and collectively, with resolve and blazing faith.
In this special event, Iyanla will shine a spotlight on how spirituality and social evolution come together. Iyanla will then lead us in a meditation and in a breathwork practice, both designed to help us put our words into deeds and turn our intentions into action.
About Iyanla
Rev. Dr. Iyanla Vanzant is a minister, popular TV host, author, and someone who is known as a cultural custodian and prayer warrior. She has personally suffered through tremendous hardships and has learned, in her words, to “find peace in the broken pieces.”
