About Your Hosts
Zhena Muzyka is a master tea blender, herbalist, aromatherapist, and tea ceremony teacher with more than thirty years of practice, and the founder of Magic Hour.
Trained from childhood by her Ukrainian grandmother, a garden mystic of Roma heritage, she works as an alchemist of ancient tradition, braiding aromatherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and Western herbalism into every blend.
A pioneer of fair trade in American tea and the author of Life by the Cup, Zhena has guided tea ceremonies at celebrated retreats and resorts, among them the Four Seasons, Canyon Ranch, and the Ritz-Carlton, and at sacred sites around the world, from the waters of the Nile to the forests of Yunnan, China. She is a steward of wellness and tea tradition.
Tami Simon founded Sounds True in 1985 with a clear mission: to disseminate spiritual wisdom. What started as a project with one woman and her tape recorder has grown into a multimedia publishing company that features hundreds of leading teachers and visionaries of our time. Sounds True has produced over 3,000 titles, including events, certification programs, and transformational online learning experiences, and is North America’s leading publisher of spoken-word spiritual teachings.
