After watching the video, begin your cold shower challenge. Take a warm shower first, and finish with a cold shower for the last five seconds. Relax and breathe slowly and evenly while you are in the cold.

Remember, for this first day, we’re just going to do five seconds. We’ll gradually work our way up to 30 seconds by the end of the challenge. Believe it or not, by the end you may actually be saying: “Oh boy, it’s time for a cold shower!”
