Breathing Exercise and 20-Second Cold Shower

There are three pillars to the Wim Hof Method. The first two are the Cold and the Breath. The third pillar is Mindset. THE CHALLENGE:

Do one round of the “WHM Protocol: Basic Breathing Exercise.” When you’re ready, take a warm shower and finish with a cold shower for the last 20 seconds.
